Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with patients regarding dental treatment plans, explaining procedures and benefits clearly.
- Actively achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for clinic services and products.
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage patient inquiries effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to foster loyalty and repeat visits.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including patient follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure accurate communication of medical advice.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and patient interactions using our CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or patient services (dental/aesthetic industry preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Professional appearance and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Proficient in both Indonesian and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance-based targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis in the Denpasar area.
