In this role, you will be the face of our clinic, responsible for building strong relationships with our patients and ensuring they receive the best dental care solutions tailored to their needs.

You will play a vital role in our clinic's growth, helping patients navigate their treatment options and ensuring a seamless experience from their first consultation to their final follow-up. Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with prospective patients to explain dental treatment options and provide tailored consultations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Manage patient bookings, inquiries, and follow-ups through our CRM system.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure patient treatment plans are clearly communicated and understood.
- Handle patient feedback and concerns with a professional, solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house clinic environment.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and contribute to team strategy meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in any field (Hospitality or Communication preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or related client-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, clinical setting.
- Proficiency in computer systems and basic administrative tasks.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to achieving set targets.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis in Pekanbaru.
