Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of sales consultants through coaching, performance reviews, and skill development programs
- Provide expert consultations on high-end furniture products, materials, and design trends to discerning clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets while maintaining premium service standards
- Train team on product knowledge, styling techniques, and customer engagement best practices
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust approaches to maximize conversion rates
- Collaborate with merchandising to optimize product displays and promotional campaigns
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and ensure exceptional post-purchase experiences
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in sales leadership, preferably within luxury furniture or premium retail sector
- Deep knowledge of furniture design principles, materials, and current market trends
- Proven ability to train and develop sales teams to achieve performance goals
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate product value to high-end clientele
- Experience implementing CRM systems and analyzing sales data for strategic decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English with strong presentation and negotiation abilities
