Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in travel sales with supervisory experience
- Proven track record in developing and executing training programs
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Deep knowledge of travel industry products, destinations, and trends
