Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with walk-in customers and leads to understand their fitness requirements and recommend the best TRX products and membership packages.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the effectiveness and versatility of our fitness equipment.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the showroom organized, clean, and visually appealing to create an inviting shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM/SPM-V holder in any field.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in retail or fitness equipment, is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellness.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using POS systems.
