Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new leads through digital channels, cold calling, and networking.
- Present and promote our products/services to potential customers via video conferencing and phone calls.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that drive conversion.
- Maintain an accurate database of client interactions and sales pipeline in our CRM.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure long-term client retention.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Possess a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack).
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and a results-oriented mindset.
