Our client, a highly exclusive Private Advertiser, is a premier provider of advanced aesthetic treatments. They are seeking a select group of high achievers for their flagship clinic located in the heart of Orchard, Central Region. They need Sales Consultants, Senior Sales Consultants, and Sales Managers who can take their business to the next level.
What We Are Looking For:
We specifically require a "proven closer". You will own the entire client journey from the moment they walk through the door. This involves performing in-depth skin consultations, understanding client pain points, and recommending bespoke treatment plans. Your primary KPIs are conversion rate and average transaction value. You must be comfortable with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility while contributing to a team sales target.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional sales consultations and skin analysis for walk-in and referral clients.
- Introduce and demonstrate the benefits of various advanced aesthetic treatments and products.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and clinic monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, consultation, and objection handling to closing high-value packages.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients through effective follow-up and relationship management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product knowledge.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants (applicable to Senior Consultant and Manager roles).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail, or high-value service industries.
- Proven track record as a closer with a demonstrable history of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs and targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English. Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, highly resilient, and thrives under pressure.
- Willing and able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Relevant certification in aesthetics or beauty therapy (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC) is highly regarded.
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline is preferred.
