Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and support daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and goal alignment.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management review.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving concerns and fostering strong business relationships.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales presentations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to meet customer demand.
- Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Assist in the execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities to drive market growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordination role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships professionally.
