Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and support daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and goal alignment.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management review.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving concerns and fostering strong business relationships.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales presentations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to meet customer demand.
  • Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  • Assist in the execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities to drive market growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordination role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
