Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming sales inquiries via email, phone, and walk-ins with speed and professionalism.
- Coordinate booking details for corporate accounts, social events, and individual travelers.
- Maintain and update the CRM database to track lead progress and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the operations and front office teams to ensure guest requirements are met seamlessly.
- Prepare sales quotations, contracts, and monthly performance reports for management review.
- Conduct site tours for potential clients and showcase the hotel’s premium amenities.
- Assist in the execution of sales strategies to boost occupancy and event revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales, reservations, or administrative coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and hotel management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven ability to negotiate and build rapport with diverse clientele.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
