As our Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing sales leads, coordinating event requirements, and ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming sales inquiries via email, phone, and walk-ins with speed and professionalism.
  • Coordinate booking details for corporate accounts, social events, and individual travelers.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database to track lead progress and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the operations and front office teams to ensure guest requirements are met seamlessly.
  • Prepare sales quotations, contracts, and monthly performance reports for management review.
  • Conduct site tours for potential clients and showcase the hotel’s premium amenities.
  • Assist in the execution of sales strategies to boost occupancy and event revenue.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales, reservations, or administrative coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and hotel management software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
