Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sales order processing, from inquiry to final delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records, databases, and client documentation in the company CRM.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional departments to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction.
- Generate regular sales activity reports and performance summaries for management.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including proposal preparation and document filing.
- Proactively identify potential bottlenecks in the sales workflow and suggest improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- A proactive "can-do" attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
