In this pivotal role, you will act as the backbone of our sales department, ensuring that our client interactions are seamless and our internal processes run with peak efficiency.

You will be the primary point of contact for project delivery tracking, order processing, and customer support, bridging the gap between our clients and our technical teams. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end sales order processing, from inquiry to final delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, databases, and client documentation in the company CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional departments to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction.
  • Generate regular sales activity reports and performance summaries for management.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including proposal preparation and document filing.
  • Proactively identify potential bottlenecks in the sales workflow and suggest improvements.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive "can-do" attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
