The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Petaling Jaya. In this pivotal role, you will support our sales department in driving revenue and ensuring a seamless client experience. You will work alongside experienced sales professionals, coordinate with technical and project management teams, and contribute to the overall success of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will include managing client communications, preparing and following up on proposals and quotations, maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating sales meetings and events, and assisting in the development of sales strategies. You will also be responsible for market research, lead generation, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, installation, project management) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline reports.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Support in organizing sales events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide post-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral and campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of the LED display or AV industry is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
