Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily sales operations and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Manage sales orders, invoices, and contracts with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with detailed interaction logs.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Schedule and organize sales meetings, training sessions, and team events.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives and track leads.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to fulfill orders efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Customer-oriented mindset with proven problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the education or training industry is a plus.
