Learning Unlimited is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Kemayoran, Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the backbone of our sales department, ensuring seamless communication between our consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for streamlining the sales process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment, ensuring every lead is nurtured and every client receives world-class support. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, presentations, and training demonstrations for the sales team.
- Manage and update the CRM database with accurate lead information, sales stages, and contact history.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely responses and directing them to the appropriate consultant.
- Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts for management review on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and marketing collateral to support the sales lifecycle.
- Monitor sales targets and track progress, identifying bottlenecks in the sales pipeline.
- Facilitate smooth handovers between the sales team and the operations/delivery team after successful client acquisition.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking.
- Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
