Tanggung Jawab
- Track, monitor, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure alignment between sales targets and execution plans
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards
- Assist in developing sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Manage customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and product teams to support sales objectives
- Maintain accurate sales databases and CRM records
- Support the sales team through administrative coordination and resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years in sales coordination, administrative sales support, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with analytical mindset for data interpretation
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in cross-functional teams
