You will manage the entire order lifecycle, from processing customer inquiries and generating quotations to coordinating logistics and ensuring on-time delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of fruits and vegetables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, pricing, and delivery.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and contract documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
- Conduct market research on pricing and competitor activity within the fresh produce industry.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role (experience in FMCG / fresh produce is an added advantage).
- Language Proficiency: Must be able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
