Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and process sales orders, ensuring absolute accuracy in pricing, quantity, and delivery details.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely updates on order status, shipments, and billing.
- Liaise internally with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to track inventory levels and guarantee timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and maintain essential sales documentation, including quotations, invoices, proposals, and weekly sales reports.
- Maintain and organize the CRM database, ensuring all customer profiles, contact information, and interactions are up to date.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to sales executives, including scheduling meetings, compiling presentation decks, and coordinating travel.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and assist management in identifying areas for process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or customer support (preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG environment).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and MS Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English and Filipino.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and a client-focused mindset.
