As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by managing administrative workflows, processing client inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced engineering environment, is highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry handling to order processing and delivery scheduling.
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations, sales contracts, and invoices for clients.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with real-time sales data.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Provide regular sales reports to management regarding order statuses and project timelines.
- Handle incoming sales queries via email and phone with professionalism and accuracy.
- Support the preparation of tender documentation and presentation materials as required.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all sales-related documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support roles.
- Prior experience in the engineering or manufacturing sector is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to commit to a standard Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm work schedule.
