As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by managing administrative workflows, processing client inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced engineering environment, is highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

This role offers a competitive basic salary of up to $4,000 per month, complemented by attractive benefits including AWS and Variable Bonus (VB). If you are looking for a consistent, professional working environment with a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry handling to order processing and delivery scheduling.
  • Prepare and issue accurate quotations, sales contracts, and invoices for clients.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with real-time sales data.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management regarding order statuses and project timelines.
  • Handle incoming sales queries via email and phone with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Support the preparation of tender documentation and presentation materials as required.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all sales-related documentation.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support roles.
  • Prior experience in the engineering or manufacturing sector is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to commit to a standard Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm work schedule.
