Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily sales activities and provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a major retail partner to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Manage and update the sales CRM, ensuring all data entries are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, performance summaries, and presentation materials for management.
- Oversee the order fulfillment process, monitoring progress from inquiry to final delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics departments to facilitate smooth campaign executions.
- Address client inquiries promptly and resolve operational issues with a focus on retention and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or retail operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage time in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
