Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team in achieving regional targets
- Manage sales orders, quotations, contracts, and CRM documentation
- Act as primary liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure service excellence
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and performance analytics
- Schedule client meetings, appointments, and regional sales events
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends
- Travel extensively across assigned regions (Northern/Southern Malaysia) for client engagement
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer interaction databases
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Must be regionally based in Northern or Southern Peninsular Malaysia
- Valid driver's license with willingness for extensive travel
- Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
