Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping logistics for domestic and international orders
- Optimize merchandising displays and product placement across sales channels
- Manage e-commerce platform operations including order processing and inventory sync
- Liaise with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Prepare weekly sales reports and performance analytics for management review
- Support promotional campaigns by coordinating product sampling and display materials
- Maintain accurate customer order records and resolve fulfillment discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales coordination or logistics role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Detail-oriented approach with problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) preferred
