Join San Teh Rubber Industry as a Sales Coordinator and become the vital link between our valued customers and our production teams. This dynamic role requires exceptional communication skills to ensure seamless resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and requirements. You'll be instrumental in coordinating cross-functional responses, maintaining accurate documentation, and implementing corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction. As a key support to our sales operations, you'll monitor order processing, track fulfillment timelines, and provide critical updates to both internal stakeholders and external partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate customer complaint resolution and requirement coordination across departments
- Document and communicate critical customer feedback to relevant teams
- Monitor order processing and fulfillment timelines for all sales transactions
- Implement corrective actions based on customer insights and operational feedback
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure service delivery
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and customer satisfaction metrics
- Act as primary liaison between external clients and internal departments
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years in sales coordination or customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience with CRM systems and order management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
