Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional responses
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate CRM data records
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Prepare weekly sales reports and performance analytics
- Assist in developing client retention strategies
- Support the sales team with administrative documentation
- Collaborate with marketing on customer communication campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years in sales coordination or customer service role
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing/engineering industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
