Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular outlet visits to maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Perform market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team in achieving targets
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions
- Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for timely replenishment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for outlet visits
