As a Sales Coordinator, you will act as the backbone of our sales department. You will be responsible for coordinating between internal departments and external clients to ensure seamless workflows. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate the end-to-end sales order fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation within the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and purchase orders with high attention to detail.
  • Liaise between logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve order-related inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance presentations for management.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via email and telephone, ensuring professional support.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for stock replenishment.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM software is highly preferred.
  • Committed, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to start immediately or on short notice is a distinct advantage.
