Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of all sales transactions.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management.
- Facilitate effective communication between sales, logistics, and finance departments.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and issues.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and trade shows to increase brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or similar support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
