Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of all sales transactions.
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management.
  • Facilitate effective communication between sales, logistics, and finance departments.
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and issues.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and trade shows to increase brand awareness.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or similar support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
