In this pivotal role, you will act as the operational backbone of our sales department, ensuring seamless communication between our clients and internal stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation support to post-sale documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, client databases, and CRM entries.
  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and contracts for the sales team.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the sales department, logistics, and finance teams.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Provide prompt support for client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or in an administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Highly flexible, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
