Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily sales activities and ensure seamless communication between the sales team and clients
- Manage and maintain client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation to support sales initiatives
- Assist in planning and executing sales events, promotions, and marketing campaigns
- Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service to both existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Track sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and objectives through effective coordination
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a sales coordination or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus
