Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate daily sales activities and ensure seamless communication between the sales team and clients
  • Manage and maintain client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information

  • Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service to both existing and potential clients

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in a sales coordination or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
