Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Sales Manager in managing daily sales operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track progress.
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Support the organization of promotional events and trade shows in Bali.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
