Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end customer order processing and fulfillment
- Monitor supplier ETAs and proactively manage delivery schedules
- Act as primary liaison between sales team, suppliers, and logistics departments
- Conduct regular follow-ups on pending orders and resolve delivery discrepancies
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and order status reports
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and contract documentation
- Facilitate timely communication with clients regarding order updates
- Support sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Experience with CRM systems and order management software
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving mindset
