Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate end-to-end customer order processing and fulfillment
  • Monitor supplier ETAs and proactively manage delivery schedules
  • Act as primary liaison between sales team, suppliers, and logistics departments
  • Conduct regular follow-ups on pending orders and resolve delivery discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and order status reports
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals and contract documentation
  • Facilitate timely communication with clients regarding order updates
  • Support sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
