- Manage and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and send quotations to potential clients based on product specifications and pricing
- Process sales orders accurately and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions and customer communications
- Collaborate with the sales team to support sales targets and objectives
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability
- Assist in resolving any customer issues or complaints related to orders and deliveries
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience with sales management software is a plus
