Are you an organized professional with a passion for customer service and sales operations? FWS International Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled with the utmost professionalism. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of customer leads, from the initial inquiry to the final delivery. By coordinating closely between our sales and production teams, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our order processing and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and respond to all incoming customer inquiries and leads promptly via email, phone, or chat.
  • Prepare and issue accurate sales quotations and proforma invoices tailored to customer requirements.
  • Follow up on new leads and existing accounts to ensure a steady pipeline of business.
  • Coordinate with the sales and production departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date CRM system with all customer interactions and order details.
  • Assist in preparing weekly or monthly sales reports and performance analytics.
  • Liaise with logistics partners to arrange the timely shipment and delivery of goods.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator, Customer Service, or Sales Support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize a high volume of requests under pressure.
  • High attention to detail to ensure error-free quotations and order processing.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
