In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless communication between our clients, sales representatives, and warehouse logistics.

You will play a pivotal role in managing order processing, tracking shipments, and providing exceptional customer service to our diverse portfolio of interior designers, contractors, and retail partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the full sales order cycle, from initial inquiry to final delivery and installation scheduling.
- Maintain accurate client databases and sales records using our internal CRM system.
- Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and purchase orders with high attention to detail.
- Liaise with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely stock allocation and delivery of wallpaper and carpet products.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, providing product information and order status updates.
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentation materials and samples for client meetings.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure popular product lines remain in stock.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports to assist management in tracking performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of interior design or building materials is considered a strong asset.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
