Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate sales schedules, calendars, and internal meetings to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, presentations, and data analysis for management review.
- Assist in the processing of orders, invoices, and contracts to ensure timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update CRM databases with current client information and sales activity logs.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward task completion.
