Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily sales operations and administrative tasks to ensure seamless workflow
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales documentation in CRM systems
- Communicate product information and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and operational summaries
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Support the sales team with market research and competitor analysis
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years in sales coordination or administrative support role
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving skills in customer service contexts
