Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the sales team in managing the sales pipeline and tracking leads through various stages to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using Microsoft Excel to track performance metrics.
  • Coordinate closely between clients, prospects, and internal departments to ensure timely communication and project updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases and records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales contracts, proposals, and presentations to support closing deals.
  • Handle administrative duties related to sales order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative sales support role.
