Tanggung Jawab
- Support luxury hotel sales initiatives by coordinating with the sales team and managing administrative tasks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate and assist in planning and executing sales events and promotional activities
- Manage and update client databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
- Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and ensure timely follow-up with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a sales coordination or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry
