Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and verify incoming sales orders with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all records are current and compliant.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, including invoices, delivery orders, and quotation requests.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, providing prompt and professional resolution.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to prevent inventory discrepancies.
  • Assist the sales management team with weekly reporting and administrative duties as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or order processing.
