Kymco Philippines Inc., a leading name in the motorcycle and powersports industry, is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Mandaue City, Cebu. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary link between our regional sales team and our network of authorized dealers, ensuring seamless coordination of all sales activities and promotional programs.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving regional sales growth. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing dealer sales performance, specifically tracking sell-in and sell-out metrics. Additionally, you will work closely with dealers to ensure strict adherence to Kymco’s sales programs, pricing policies, and marketing promotions. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily sales activities and act as the primary liaison between the company and dealer networks in the Cebu region.
- Monitor and track dealer sales performance, focusing on both sell-in (wholesale) and sell-out (retail) volume metrics.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure dealers strictly adhere to company-mandated sales programs, active promotions, and standardized pricing structures.
- Prepare and compile periodic sales reports, inventory levels, and performance dashboards for regional sales management.
- Assist dealers with order processing, product allocations, and resolution of administrative or logistical queries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate local promotional events, product launches, and dealer merchandising setups.
- Identify market trends and feedback from dealers to recommend improvements in regional sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar role, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Strong understanding of retail sales operations, inventory management, and dealer channel structures.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for compiling and interpreting sales reports.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships with dealer owners and staff.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to conduct field visits and travel around Mandaue City and nearby Cebu regions as required.
