As the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments, you'll manage the entire sales lifecycle from order placement to delivery fulfillment. Your expertise in payment processing and inventory coordination will directly impact client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and product inquiries
- Manage the entire sales cycle from order placement to delivery fulfillment
- Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation
- Liaise between sales team and production/logistics departments
- Track payment collection and resolve billing discrepancies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
- Knowledge of fire safety industry preferred but not required
