Tanggung Jawab
- Support the sales team by coordinating daily sales activities and ensuring smooth operations
- Manage and maintain customer relationship databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on sales opportunities
- Handle incoming sales inquiries and provide appropriate information to potential customers
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to the sales management team
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure cohesive sales efforts
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a sales coordination or administrative role is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
