Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sales order processing and fulfillment workflows
- Coordinate between sales, logistics, and finance teams for seamless operations
- Act as primary liaison for customer inquiries, complaints, and order updates
- Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate client and transaction data
- Prepare weekly sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Assist in developing sales collateral and promotional materials
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with warehouse teams
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration, Sales Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales coordination or administrative support
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven problem-solving skills in customer service scenarios
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
