As a Sales Coordinator, you will act as the primary liaison for administrative requirements, sales reporting, and cross-departmental coordination. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily sales activities and monitor the progress of sales orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management review.
- Maintain and update the customer database/CRM to ensure accurate records and lead tracking.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.
- Facilitate communication between the sales, logistics, and finance departments to resolve order-related issues.
- Handle client inquiries, provide basic product information, and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate sales executive.
- Support the implementation of sales campaigns and marketing activities.
- Manage administrative filings and ensure all sales contracts are processed according to company policy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, coordination, or a customer-facing support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel for reporting) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a corporate office setting.
- Experience in the technical or industrial sales sector is an advantage.
