Tanggung Jawab
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new sales agents to expand our network
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing agents
- Monitor agent performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales agents to ensure high retention
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure alignment with company objectives
- Analyze sales metrics and identify opportunities for process optimization
- Collaborate with other departments to support agent needs and resolve issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in sales coordination or agent management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
