Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the sales team by accurately processing and entering customer orders into the system.
- Handle all incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinate closely with the production and logistics departments to ensure order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices in a timely and error-free manner.
- Liaise with shipping partners to arrange logistics and track the status of deliveries.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Manager, including preparing reports and handling correspondence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
