Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage the achievement of area sales targets to ensure company growth and revenue goals are met.
- Coordinate daily sales activities, schedules, and logistics for the regional sales team.
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and market trends.
- Identify potential market opportunities and report on local competition and customer feedback.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience in a sales coordination, administrative, or sales support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to analyze complex data and present findings clearly and effectively.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to travel within the Kalimantan region as needed.
