Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the area sales team.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases with precise information.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
- Coordinate sales activities, meetings, and events within the designated area.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues or escalating them appropriately.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or in a similar sales support role, preferably in the Sumedang area.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented and highly accurate in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the local market dynamics and customer base in Sumedang, West Java is a plus.
