Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing and potential corporate clients to drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry handling to contract finalization.
- Support the deployment and management of smart vending machine accounts, ensuring optimal placement and service.
- Generate and track sales leads, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and vending maintenance.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and quotations for prospective corporate partners.
- Identify market trends and feedback to help refine our B2B sales strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or administrative sales support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint).
- High level of proactivity and ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
