Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily sales activities and ensure efficient order processing for FMCG distribution
- Maintain accurate customer databases and sales records using CRM systems
- Liaise between sales representatives, clients, and warehouse teams for seamless operations
- Prepare weekly sales reports and performance analytics for management review
- Support new product launches through market research and promotional material distribution
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Coordinator or 1-2 years as Salesman in FMCG distribution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to be based in Bandung with occasional travel requirements
- Basic understanding of sales metrics and KPI tracking
- High school diploma or equivalent; business degree preferred
