Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily sales activities and monitor the performance of the field sales team in the Bengkulu region.
- Analyze regional sales data to identify market opportunities, growth trends, and potential gaps.
- Manage the order processing cycle, ensuring timely delivery and stock availability at retail touchpoints.
- Maintain strong relationships with local distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts.
- Prepare regular reports on sales targets, distribution metrics, and competitive activity for management review.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities to increase product visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and operational procedures at the branch level.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, sales administration, or trade marketing, preferably in the FMCG or Beauty industry.
- Deep understanding of the Bengkulu market landscape and local distribution networks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales figures into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and motivating team members.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
