Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive business support to the sales team, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist in preparing detailed sales reports, presentations, and documentation using AWS and VB platforms.
- Manage daily operations and coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless workflow within the department.
- Handle communication with clients and internal departments, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory data.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and transport schedules as required by the business needs.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets through exceptional organizational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordination, administrative support, or related role.
- Proficiency in using AWS and VB for data management, reporting, and system operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and filing.
- Relevant certification in business administration or sales support is a plus.
